Terms of service

These terms govern use of Predvora, operated by Predvora (company registration details pending). By creating an account or subscribing you accept them on behalf of your business.

The service

Predvora crawls your website, builds an editable knowledge base, and operates an AI representative that answers your visitors from that knowledge via an embedded widget or a hosted page. A free preview is available before payment; a paid subscription and a verified domain are required to go live.

Your responsibilities

• Only connect websites you own or are authorized to represent.
• Review your Business Memory: the representative answers from your content, and you are responsible for the accuracy of the facts you approve or edit.
• Do not use the service for unlawful content, spam, or deception.
• Keep your account credentials safe; you are responsible for workspace members you invite.

AI disclaimer

Responses are generated by AI grounded in your website content. The system is designed to answer cautiously and hand off to a human rather than invent facts, but AI output can be imperfect. The service is not a substitute for professional (legal, medical, financial) advice, and you should not configure it to present itself as one.

Billing

• Subscriptions bill monthly or yearly via Stripe; plans include a credit allowance (1 credit = 1 answered visitor message) that resets each cycle.
• Purchased credit packs roll over for 12 months.
• When credits run out, the representative pauses new conversations until credits arrive; in-flight conversations finish.
• Cancel any time via the billing portal; the representative stays live until the period ends. Failed payments pause the representative after Stripe's retries are exhausted.

Data

Your content stays yours. Conversations your representative has are shared with you and processed per our privacy policy. Transcripts are retained 12 months. You can request export or deletion of your workspace at any time.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees in this early phase. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim; we are not liable for indirect damages or for decisions made by visitors based on AI responses.

Termination

You may close your workspace at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable. On closure, data is deleted per the privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
